Tree Inspection Surveys / BREEAM Assessments
We are proud to be able to complete BREEAM assessments for our commercial clients. These are produced on an individual basis for each site and we are able to give expert advice that could help to minimise build costs.
Since the “European Habitats Directive” and “Countryside Protection” legislation was passed, it now requires commercial landowners to make sure that any development work that takes place will not damage the habitats of protected species. These include maintaining correct tree and woodland management to ensure the protection of these habitats.
Ashmore Tree Services work closely with local authority’s to carry our inspections for our clients. We comply with British Standards 3998 to provide surveys for commercial and residential clients.
